By accessing or using FamiFI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don’t agree to the Terms, kindly refrain from using this App.

2. Age Restriction

Users must be 13 years of age or older to use the App. By using FamiFI, you represent that you are 13 or older and that you agree to abide by these Terms.

3. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When updated, the “last updated” date will be adjusted. Review the Terms periodically. Your continued use after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Privacy & Data Storage

When you use FamiFI, you might upload personal data like your name, email, profile picture, savings goals, and transactions. Your data is stored securely in the cloud on a Supabase database. Your information will be accessible only by you and individuals in your group who you invite. We respect your privacy and data integrity.

5. Usage Guidelines

Misuse of the App or breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access. Always use the App responsibly.

6. Third-party Integrations

FamiFI utilizes third-party services, including Sentry for crash reporting and Amplitude for analytics. The use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of FamiFI's features at any time, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will FamiFI or its representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
